Finally official the names of the young talents and internationally renowned guests who will take part in the Kernel Festival /012.
From June 29th to July 1st, at Villa Tittoni Traversi in Desio, 67 artists from 16 different nations, will perform on stage next to special guests, sharing a moment of comparison, exchange and experimentation.

For the second consecutive year, the event will catalyze important personalities of the artistic and musical world. The emerging artists will have the opportunity to perform on the Kernel Festival stage among well-known artists such as Floating Points, Onur Ozer, Mass Prod, Jahcoozi, Aquarius Heaven, The Analog Session and Spektrum.

The Temporary Architecture section, presented this year in a collective exhibition, will host, together with the selected projects, works by international artists and designers as: Adam Nathaniel Furman, Basurama, Electroland LLC, Luke Diffuse, NL Architects, Plastique Fantastique.

Among the 250 proposals received through the calls, the Selection Committees determined the more interesting and original projects to present for the four sections of the Festival:

Audiovisual Mapping: Ambientartlab [AT], Andrea Giansanti [IT], K137 [IT], João Beira [PT], LuckyAssembler [IT], IndefiniteVj [PE/CH], Mike Todd/King Britt [US], Seve [FR], Sinoca [ES], Space F!ght [PL/UK], StereoChrome [IT], Thetis [GR], Welovecode/Tigrelab [ES].
Interactive & Digital Art: Interindisciplinate [IT], Lustix [CO/US], Nuno Serrão [PT], Tviga Vasilyeva [RU] Xex Grp. [RC].
Temporary Architecture: Corg [IT], Miro [IT].

At this year Festival, the winners of the Kernel Lab _011/012 project, will present their works: Angelo Ferrara [Electronic Sound & Music], Roberta Orlando [Audiovisual Mapping], Matteo Riva [Interactive & Digital Art], Mirko Quarzo [Temporary Architecture].

Access to the Festival is free from 11 am to 9 pm with exhibitions, installations, meetings and performances. Instead, the night shows from 9 pm until 3:30 am are with fee. It is possible to purchase the tickets on-line for 16Euros each night and 26Euros the pack. During the Festival days it will be possible to purchase the tickets for 18Euros each day and 30Euros the pack.
